Great Summer!

This summer was everything that I had hoped it'd be and more. The first month in Montana was sweet. Then Leah then came to Montana and she met all my crazy Montana friends. I am so excited that she liked them and they like her as well. My closest friends are here in MT and their thoughts mean a lot to me.

Then in June, Duncan, Colin, and I went on the trip of a lifetime to Europe. That was a trip that I will never forget. I am so glad that I was able to do something that many Americans will never have a chance to do. We saw a lot of famous European places as well as went to Wimbledon and saw Roger Federer play.

When I returned to the states, I went and saw Leah who I had missed a ton. I stayed at her house for a week and a half and then I headed to Las Vegas. I stayed in a house of about thirteen of the best young online players in the world. It was a such a great mix of guys. The tally of people and where they were from were : 1-Sweden, 1-Australia, 1-Florida, 1-Alabama, 1-Texas, 2-Illinois, 2-Nebraska, 1-California, 1-Michigan, 2- Minnesota, and me from Montana. That data is to the best of my knowledge. Anyway, I stayed there for a week and a half and had such a great time. I met and learned from some outstanding players including the current #3 player in the world. Vegas was sweet!

I returned back to Montana and the next weekend, my family went to Flathead Lake in Northwestern Montana. That lake is such an awesome lake, so we had a great time. Then this past weekend, I went to my friend Duncan's cabin with 12 other friends. That was also a good time to say the least.

Now I'm headed back to Nebraska to stay at Leah's for a few days before returning to Seward on Saturday. I can't believe I am already a college upperclassman! We start classes Monday so that'll be a change in lifestyle for me. It'll be different to actually have obligations again. Oh well. My class schedule should be pretty good considering I don't start until 11:00 am on Monday and Wednesdays, and I don't have class at all on Friday.

Anyway, that is a summary of my great summer and a look at my plans for the next week. I probably won't have much time for poker in the next week or so until I get adjusted to my schedule. That's all I got for now.
